Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy: Appointments require a deposit of $15 to secure your booking. Deposits are transferable once if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required to confirm your new appointment. Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 20%.
